The KWM 6-inch Half Round IronMan Gutter Machine is designed to help users create seamless, customized gutters with precision and ease. This seamless gutter machine can make 6-inch half-round style gutters, which are gutters where the lip is rolled inward and require special parts such as threaded rods and hanger brackets. This allows the use of hidden hangers.

Due to their smoother surface, half-round gutters are heavier than a normal K-Style gutter, can be used in residential or commercial areas, and are less prone to corrosion. This continuous gutter-forming machine allows users to design gutters to any desired size.

Operation is simple and only requires the pushing of buttons to start and stop the machine. This KWM gutter machine comes with a non-removable gutter guillotine, 1 spool, and 1 upright. One additional spool/upright or cradle can be added at the time of purchase as a separate line item.

The 6-inch KWM Half Round IronMan roll forming machine can make several materials into a 6-inch residential gutter size at maximum capacities of 11.875 inches wide, including painted steel, galvalume, aluminized steel, terne-coated steel, 0.032 gauge aluminum, and 16 ounces - 20 ounces 3/4 hard copper.
