Waterproofing Membranes

MFM Waterproofing Membranes are quick and easy to install and are a great first line of defense against water. SubSeal 40 and SubSeal 60 both have a rubberized asphalt adhesive that can adhere to most clean, dry surfaces and seal out water. Subseal is a self-adhering membrane that can easily be altered with scissors or a sharp knife and be rolled on with a hand roller. Both have high elongation that contracts and expands with the surface of the building, and their outer film surface is compatible with most construction sealants. Either subseal is ideal for below grade foundations and structures and will self-seal around fasteners to prevent water penetration. Subseal has an uniform thickness for protection that is dependable. It also is ideal for a quick and easy installation.
