Description
The Bilco Ultra Series Polyethylene Basement Door (also known as a cellar door) is a high-density door available in the Bilco Size C only. This Ultra Series door will provide a weathertight performance and easy operation. The basement doors are easy to operate due to the gas spring lift assistance that provides a smooth, easy, one-handed operation and prevents the door from slamming. Gas springs are found on the inside of the door and should be installed with the black end up (larger diameter) and the silver end (smaller diameter) on the bottom. The Ultra Series door will never rot, rust, or need painting and are nearly maintenance free.
