The Tie Down Penetrator Cart Quick Brake System allows for the front handle of the Penetrator system to be raised, greatly reducing any tripping hazard. This system is made in the USA and can be used with the Original Penetrator, Penetrator Pro, Penetrator Sentinel, Penetrator Multi-Plus, and the Penetrator Roofing Cart.
