Description

The Grace Ultra Butyl Self Adhered Underlayment is composed of 100% butyl rubber adhesive and backed with a high density cross laminated polyethylene film. Both are great materials for waterproofing and together create a 30 mil underlayment that will tightly bond to a roof deck. A protective plastic split release liner protects the adhesive side of the underlayment to preserve its quality, and it is simple to remove while installing. This advanced 100% butyl rubber adhesive formulation provides a high temperature stability, high quality roof laps, and it seals around roofing fasteners. Grace Ultra is a slip-resistant underlayment made to protect against wind, rain, and ice dam build up, and it will not crack or dry out.
