The Henry Pro Grade 294 Base Coat & Sealer is a one-component, water-based elastomeric base coating and sealer that is resistant to disbonding and prohibits passage of asphaltic oils from the existing roof. The Henry Pro Grade 294 is used as a base coat and sealer for the Pro Grade 280 and the Pro Grade 988. The Pro Grade 294 can also be applied over previously coated roofs, asphalt emulsion, smooth asphalt Built-Up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, aged EDPN, Hypalon and PVC roofs, metal roofs, concrete roofs and stucco and masonry parapet walls.
