ALCM Plastic Roof Cement is a heavy bodied mastic cement that will stay soft and pliable while maintaining a weatherproof seal for many years. Apply around chimneys, skylights, vent pipes, and gutters or use to repair or set flashings. It can also be utilized with glass or cotton fabrics for repairs where extra strength is required. It can be applied any time of the year, in any weather condition with a trowel or putty knife.

Use for rooftop repairs such as: flashings,shingles, chimneys, gutters, cracks, or blisters in built up asphalt roofing

Weatherproof seal that will last many years

Can easily be applied with a trowel or putty knife

Stays soft and pliable despite weather conditions

Provides tight long-lasting protective seal, due to excellent adhesion

Apply to a clean and dry area free of debris and water broom if necessary, and where no danger or nuisance is caused to areas adjacent of work

All gravel must be removed from ballasted roofs

Dries in about 8 to 12 hours to a light touch, heavy applications should not be subjected to foot traffic
