The Kool Seal Storm Patch Premium Wet/Dry Clear Patching Cement is an asphalt-based roofing cement that can be applied to wet, dry, and underwater surfaces.This quick sealing roofing cement is resilient and will not pull apart or lose its bond. The consistency is soft and flexible, making it easy to bend. The Kool Seal Storm Patch Premium Wet/Dry Clear Patching Cement is ideal for patching and sealing vents, gutters, skylights, chimneys, and a variety of roof materials. The Kool Seal Storm Patch Premium Wet/Dry Clear Patching Cement has a limited warranty.
