The Polaris Ultimate Multi-Surface Silicone Sealant is an adhesive waterproof sealant that can be used to fill gaps, cracks, and leaks in a wide variety of interior or exterior applications. Silicone sealants offer more moisture resistance, flexibility, and durability than standard caulk. This rubber-based sealant is non-corrosive, non-flammable, and low-odor while maintaining excellent adhesion. It offers permanent flexibility and has a movement capability of 50 percent. The Polaris Ultimate Multi-Surface Silicone Sealant also has excellent weatherability that can withstand a high-temperature range, capable of bonding many materials such as PVC, concrete, glass, aluminum, painted surfaces, wood, plywood, stucco, building paper, window rap, fiber cement, brick stone, steel, ceramic, porcelain, masonry, and more. This sealant cures to a neutral color with the available options being clear, white, and tan.
